Surf Lisbon

Surf Lisbon – House, Villa & School organizes team-building activities and outdoor training, with the purpose of creating packages of activities related to Surf (and other board sports). Our aim is to bring these to corporations in different fields.
Based on fun and motivation, Surf helps professionals to learn fundamental core values for better performance in their daily activities. Why should you use Surf Lisbon – House, Villa & School as your team-building event organizer? Because,
- Participants establish relationships between them when they are all in the same place, and together they learn something new;
- Participants interact in a unique and unusual context, seeing themselves and their partners learn and evolve in a sport;
While in the relationship with the Surf Instructors, participants learn things they can apply on their jobs, such as:
- Learn and understand what it is to be guided by others;
- To appreciate and value the importance of being patient when explaining certain concepts to others;
- Learn to trust their instructors/leaders;
These activities include Surf initiation and ethics; environmental, beach, and sea awareness. We also organize activities such as Stand Up Paddle Boards (SUP). If you want, we provide a certificate of successful activity and organize lunch/snack to finish the event in a good mood at Lorosae Beach Club, right at the beach.
